Please allow up to 14 days for delivery, although most orders are dispatched within 7 days. If you need your jewellery order especially urgently, please feel free to contact me and I'll try my very best to get it to you on time.

Your purchase will be sent by 1st class recorded delivery, so will need a signature on arrival.

All handmade silver jewellery is sent boxed & gift wrapped, complete with a complimentary silver polishing cloth to help keep your silver looking its best.

As stated on my handmade jewellery shop, each silver design is handcrafted from start to finish, so your order may vary slightly from the images shown.
You are guaranteed to receive a unique and individual piece of handcrafted silver jewellery every time.

If you're not entirely satisfied with your jewellery purchase please inform me within 7 days of receipt of your order.
A full refund or replacement will be offered when the jewellery is returned back to me, in the same condition as received, within 14 days of you receiving it.

Due to hygiene reasons, I regret I cannot offer a refund on handmade silver earrings.

I am happy to accept returns on rings between the sizes of I-R.
I regret I cannot accept returns on rings outside these sizes, as they have been especially sized for your order.
 

If you lose one earring, please feel free to contact me and I will arrange to match it for half the retail price. (Depending on the design, you may need to send your remaining earring to me in order for me to make a matching one.)
